We returned late last night from a wonderful holiday in Sicily. The holiday worked perfectly and we thank you for your planning. The weather was perfect and meals were delicious wherever we went. EasyJet was on time but please remind me not to take such early and late flights. You do get maximum time! Staying at an airport hotel was so helpful. Look forward to planning another holiday.

''Dear Matt,
What a fantastic hotel, so friendly, helpful and wonderful food. The whole of the hotel was amazing, cleanliness, staff, pool area, sauna we could not fault the hotel, staff and other patrons, all so friendly. As well as being all inclusive, we had free cable car lift passes and free shuttle services to and from our trips and train stations. 5 days was enough for what we wanted to do. Everything local to us, cycle hire, ice caves, cable car rides (2, one free the other in the next village has a super restaurant). An amazing place, highly recommend the hotel Matt, especially those with children, loads to do. The Where Eagles Dare Castle did not disappoint at all, was a fab day, though recommend making use of the tour guide.

''We hope you and the team are keeping well and not succumbing to the latest cold and hacking cough virus. Apologies for not contacting you sooner but we just want to thank everyone for organising our trip to NZ from last November till mid January. We particularly appreciated your help with the documentation requirements for each country (Singapore and NZ), but also your patience in sorting out our flights - travel seemed to be much simpler 30+ years ago!!!!! Everything went extremely smoothly and we had a wonderful time seeing our family and grandchildren - a long overdue visit as we hadn’t seen them for over three years!!!
We hope Scott’s Travel have a very successful year and we look forward to contacting you again for our next adventure. Wishing you all the best for 2023.

''Hello Lloyd,
Recently back from island hopping in Greece, this is to let you know that a small miracle has taken place.My previously least favourite budget airline Ryanair, is now the best ever! They behaved impeccably on both flights, with departures and arrivals both pretty well on time.
When I came to see you back in July, it was in the hope that you could steer me through the cancellation chaos that was everywhere, to avoid a night’s sleep on the departure lounge floor, or worse. I remember being astonished when you explained that Ryanair was actually a good bet because, unlike other carriers, they had managed to hold on to their ground staff, and were performing dependably as a result. And so it proved.
All this says one thing to me – to get your travel plans organised properly, consult the professionals! My days of booking my own flights on line are I think now over, and I shall definitely be back to Scott’s Travel next time. I remain grateful to you for your help, and also to my Little Berkhamsted friends Mitch and Beverley, and Peter and Bridget, for recommending you to me in the first place. Thank you.
